Return Policy

A returned item must be in the same condition in which it left our warehouse. It must be unworn, unused,  in a resaleable condition and it must not be damaged in any way. Returned items will be accepted within 6 months from the day they were shipped. Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase, or Store Credit will be given on merchandise only if the above requirements have been met. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. On sale (special/reduced price items will be accepted for Store Credit only!)

You are responsible for any return shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning.

Please e-mail us at or call us at 1-888-274-9665 before shipping an item back to us. We may be able to expediate the exchange if you let us know the manufacturer, style, number, color and size of the new item, and we will hold it for you until we receive the original item back from you. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.

If we have incorrectly sent you an item, we will arrange return shipment or reimburse you for the shipping charges to return it to us, and you will not be charge shipping for the replacement.
If the merchandise being returned is defective, it will be inspopected, evaluated aned repaired, replaced or refunded in a timely manner.

Please include a note with your full contact information and what your request is (exchange, refund/store credi, defective etc.)
A photocopy of the receipt is helpful and will expedite the process.

All of our merchandise will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless a customer specifically requests another carrier.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam or any destination otherwise outside of the contiguous 48 United States, will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be charged shipping fees specific to the weight and the country of destination for each package.

Please e-mail us ( or call us 1-888-274-9665 for a quote on international shipments. These shipping rates are for shipping costs only and do not include customs charges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any customs charges for an international order. All items will be marked as "merchandise" on the customs forms as it is illegal to send newly purchased merchandise marked as a "gift" directly from the store where the purchase was made.
If the order is to be shipped to an address other than the purchaser's address, please indicated this to us. We'll be happy to send the invoice directly to you. Also, please indicate whether the item is a gift, and we'll gift box it for you free of charge.

While most shipments are much faster, please allow 7- to 10 business days for a standard delivery. If an item is unavailable or backordered, we will promptly e-mail you that information.

Please inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the box in which your order was shipped looks damaged but the merchndise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the merchandise may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call us at 1-888-274-9665. If you discover a problem after accepting a delivery, please call us. Also, please report the problem to USPS. Save all the packing material should USPS choose to inspect a package when a cliam is filed.
